Location

I currently work in the Metro Denver area and surrounding suburbs. Most of my sessions are held on location. It can be one of the city's beautiful parks, playgrounds, Downtown, or as simple as someone’s own backyard. I have many places to choose from depending on the type of photos you are wanting to take.

History

My interest in photography started many years ago in high school with use of a simple 35mm point & shoot camera. It has since evolved into something that consumes all my spare time. I feel my photography skills have greatly evolved and far exceed most people’s expectations of conventional photography. I currently use digital SLR's for all my photography. I really enjoy the convenience, control, and turn around time of shooting digital.

Style

Every good photographer has his or her own unique style of shooting that makes them different and stand out. I try to incorporate my preferred style of shooting into every photo session, which is candid photography. Some people also know candid photography as a type of photojournalism. I feel this style lets me tell a story with the photos. I also believe that by shooting this style that I am capturing true emotions and moments in ones life, because most people tend to act more natural when they do not know they are being photographed. I have had many people say that the candid photos I took of them are the ones they enjoy the most. This is not the only style used though, I also shoot formal poses in my sessions because this is what most people are familiar with. I believe that with my skills and my style of shooting, you will be very pleased with the moments that were captured forever.
